Description

Boomers, Gen Xers, millennials, and Gen Zers make up the majority of the current workforce. These four groups have vastly different concepts on the definition of a healthy work life balance and perhaps more importantly, an incomplete perception of the others view. This lecture is designed to fill the gaps in that perception.
We will focus on understanding each group’s unique view of work life balance, how society, technology, and student loan debt has influenced the shift in the definition of work life balance, encouraging healthy conversation between generations, and how awareness will benefit the bottom line.

Session Goals & Outcomes

The goal of this lecture is to equip Gen Xers and Gen Zers with comfortable work life balance talking points they view as valuable and share them with current and potential employers.
