Who can attend the UCI Student Affairs Conference?

UCI campus staff, faculty, and administrators only.

Is there a cost to attend the conference?

There is no cost to attend the conference. However, registration is required and space is limited.

If you sign up for the conference and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration. This will allow those who are waitlisted an opportunity to attend and will be appreciated by conference planners.

Do I have to attend the full conference?

No, full day attendance is not required. Please attend as your schedule permits.

Will meals be provided at the conference?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for registered attendees. For the sake of minimizing food waste, if your meal plans change, please update your registration form on the website. 

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be options for me?

Yes, please indicate your dietary restrictions on your online conference registration form

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

Accommodations requests can be made through the conference registration process. We require this request by Monday, 3/2/2020 so that we have enough time to make necessary arrangements.

Can I bring a guest to the Student Affairs Conference?

Conference participation is limited to UCI staff, faculty and administration only. You can bring a guest as long as your guest is part of the UCI campus community and registered for the Conference.

I am interested in volunteering at the conference. Who should I contact?

I need to cancel my attendance to the SA Conference. What's the procedure?
