Mitra De Souza is a UCI alumna (Social Ecology) who returned to UCI after working for several years at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago. She has over 20 years of experience in higher education and a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland. She is passionate about fostering inclusive environments where all students can thrive.
