Yolanda Nava is an Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist and author who has devoted her life to using her voice to teach, inspire and lead. She has done so in various ways: in front of a classroom, behind a TV anchor desk, at a microphone, through the pages of her books, columns and essays, or as board member to various organizations from the California Journal Magazine and Constitutional Rights Foundation, to the Mary Baker Eddy Library for the Betterment of Humanity and Los Angeles Plaza de Cultura y Artes. In particular, Yolanda carries a strong passion for the rights of women, minorities and marginalized population.
