Dr. Angela Chuan-Ru Chen is Interim Director of the UCI Dream Center and is co-sponsor of the Firebaugh House. She has served and advocated for undocumented students for over 10 years, including at UCLA and the non-profit organization Pre-Health Dreamers. She received her Ph.D. in education from UCLA.
