Shaina has over 20 years of professional training experience and has a passion for training, facilitation, employee development, and content creation. She has worked for UCI over five years and serves as a senior manager of communications and strategic initiatives in the Office of the CFO and Vice Chancellor for the Division of Finance and Administration (DFA). DFA provides services and support to over 50,000 students, faculty, and staff with the mission of advancing UCI’s brilliant future and the vision of becoming world-class campus partners. When she’s not working, you can find her cheering on her two daughters at basketball, soccer, and lacrosse games; hiking through Laguna Canyon, or baking.
