Abbey joined UCI in 2019 as Senior Training and Development specialist, working on employee training, development, and engagement programs for the Division of Finance and Administration. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, teaching, and coaching. Abbey is a certified project manager and a certified professional coach, and is passionate about leadership development, change management, and individual and organizational learning and growth. Outside of work, she enjoys salsa and ballroom dancing, yoga, photography, and travel.
