Description
This workshop will allow participants to reflect on their current organization and develop tangible skills to promote a positive culture. The session will provide strategies on how to build successful relationships to motivate and engage students and colleagues; reflect on personal contributions to current organizational culture to strengthen relationships, stewardship and positive morale; and utilize evidence-based research to positively contribute to the enhancement of one’s organizational culture.
