Title: Three Centers of Intelligence: Raising self-awareness to enhance professional effectiveness

Abstract: Her keynote will focus on raising self-awareness in leaders to their "three centers of intelligence" to deepen one's capacity and capability to meet the complexity of issues and change in higher education. The goal is to invite the cultivation of a leader's self-awareness to increase professional effectiveness.
