A Look at First Generation and URM Students

This session will foster critical conversations for leaders and professionals serving First Generation and URM students in their programs, courses or living communities. The session will entail a brief overview of outcome data across select groups and characteristics, expand upon the keynote address, and engage participants in a dialogue on how to move institutional practices forward in a way that is culturally responsive and equitable.
